Lync 2013 Mobile Clients Released

The long awaited Lync 2013 clients for iOS and Windows Phone, that were announced at the recent Lync Conference have been released allowing you to make full Lync VoIP and video calls from your mobile. Some noteworthy features include:

Full VoIP calling integration
Video calling and conferencing integration
Video gallery when in conference
Application and Desktop sharing (iPad only due to the increased screen real estate available)

Remember this new client is only supported to run against Lync Server 2013 running CU1 (February 2013 Update), otherwise you will get a sign in unsupported server version error. We now look forward to the soon to be released Android client and the future planned Blackberry client.
