2008 R2 RDS Printing with XP Client

When using an XP Client, a 2008R2 RDS server and the Easy Print driver you may sometimes get the following:

Unexpected fonts in the printed document
The document text may be compressed or truncated
The document text may contain unexpected random characters
The following error message may be displayed

These issues may affect any print operation you make, whether it be printing an email or sending a test page from print properties.To resolve these issues you need to ensure that you have .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed and .NET Framwork 3.0 SP2 with the following hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946411 installed on the XP Client machine.
